Crom! Posted December 23, 2012 Share Posted December 23, 2012 I think you could make the case that RJ Umberger could have been re-rated a bit better after scoring 30 goals and 72 points. If you compare his re-rate to a similar player who had 10 less points (Brenden Morrow), you'll see what I mean. Players original ratings ( look at RJ and Brenden): http://cdcsimleague....ence.html#Stars Morrow's re-rate: http://cdcsimleague....php?player=1373 Umberger's re-rate: http://cdcsimleague....php?player=1039 Of course an argument could be made that Morrow's re-rate was also influenced by him captaining the Presidents trophy winning team. But then you could also make the case that RJ had an outstanding year with no help on a terrible team. I feel like Wiz got a bit of the short end of the stick. I guess at the end of the day, like our great commish has said, not everyone can be happy with the re-rates.
