Vigneault's Timeout
I didn't expect it to fill up tonight based on last night Hopefully it's more fun for people tonight, last night was just alright, but for no charge, I had a good time. vancanfan
Raymond, Schroeder and Kassian will be interesting, could be our actual 2nd line to open the season.

goalie13
Vandermeer's playing wing? I understand AV needs to make the lines work for two teams, but did he play there last night?

canuck_trevor16
I wish the length of the period was 15 mins! And Raymond Schroder kassasin could be a good second line........if develop chemistry.....can't believe Raymond is the vet on that line
Anti-Bettman
I wish they would do an entire team shootout or a few rounds of 5 shooters. The more practice in shootouts the better since it will be very crucial in this shortened season.

Guest Dasein
Weird. Gordon and Joslin's been waived according to TSN, and Corrado has been sent back and will play for Kitchener tomorrow night according to Spott.
goalie13
No, Connauton did, and now he's getting a look at D instead this time.

disisdayear
I know this is trivial post and I apologize for it being so, but as good as the practice jerseys look (I like the greys), wouldn't it be a good thing to wear the official road and home jerseys for the two scrimmages? Wouldn't it give the perception that the scrimmages are more game-like for both the fans attending and for the players?
Guest Dasein
well i was listening to the TSN icechips of calgary and feaster said in order to have rosters set for tomorrow at 5eastern they had to waive and send players down today so i guess the canucks have done the same with their waiver eligible players. elvis15
They'd take 24 hours to clear anyway, so if case they didn't they could hold them here and then have them report tomorrow. Might as well play if that's the case. And Corrado's not official yet, but doesn't have to clear anything when it is, so he'll just head back to Kitchener.
