Haha not going to lie, i was lifting more than usual. Def bumped up the ego temporarily hahaha Im not sure, i did a few warm uo reps going pretty low and was feeling a bit of a pinch. Set the box up and was fine and avle to get through the workout

Ya could be bunk gear, the risks outweigh the results in my opinion. You could obtain a pretty solid physique with a solid diet. I used to be one of those guys who would party on weekends and train all through the week, eventually realized it was unsustainable. Strength increased just with a clean diet and cutting booze.

Met a guy at the gym who asked me if i was on the juice and told me all about his cycle. The sad part is he's only benching 2 plates while on test, deca and hgh. Lot of guys who are natural hit those numbers. If aren't hitting those numbers yet, keep at it cause you'll get there eventually.

Lol i always pretend like i give a f when an old timer tells me about how he set bench records when he was my age. I just recently found out one of my uncles was on the juice back in his day as it slipped out his wifes mouth as she was telling me a story about his lifting days.

Never been to GoodLife, thought about making the switch cause I get a corporate discount and lots of hot chick's for motivation. Also hear a&w has lettuce wrapped burgers now!!!
