      I suggest buying a shaft and adding a street blade, that way you can replace the blade when it gets low

      If your playing ball hockey a normal canadian tire stick will do. They are only $10-20 dollars and can't break.

    That's great. Horvat especially is a fantastic 2 way centre, and I wouldn't be suprised if he turns into a 2.0 Kesler. Not to mention we have other great 2 way centres in the system.

      Start off with a bang to engage with the audience. Also tell your cousin to have a good posture, don't be nervous, and speak clearly. As well as be enthusiastic and engaging.

      People tend to not listen when the speaker is sluggish, nervous, boring/doesn't know what on earth he's talking about.

      Just some steps.

      I wouldn't say "don't be nervous", you should tell him what to do and how to do it. "be confident= have good posture and speak at a loud, steady pace". Practicing the speech over and over again would be great for helping with this.
