Seattle Expansion Draft - Who do the Canucks protect?

He will Not be protected. That is only for No Move Clause, and not for NTC. He is currently in a NTC and will be moving to a Modified NTC when the Expansion happens so it is not an issue. I doubt he is still here at that point anyway, boat anchor of a contract for nothing. -
Set him up with Bo's skating coach. Look forward to when he can get a full time spot on the big club.

I liked his play to close out the season. I wonder if he is still unhappy about being traded to a bottom feeder, he didn't seem to excited at first. Perhaps that has changed given the minutes available to him and the opportunity to grow with a core group of guys.

Yes, Gaudette is playing quite well this season. I think he could end up with the the most points as a sophmore? I dont know much about Harper, but I watched Fabbro on a number of Occasions while he played for the Vees. Not the biggest, but he had great vision and should do well in the NHL one day.

Ferland is a 5th round plug. I hope he has higher sights than that.

I'm a fan of Markstroms but 1 more year of split duties will be good for him. He has looked pretty good, too bad the team in front of him is terrible Isn't really a prospect anymore though surprised to see this here

Higgins hasn't loved the game for a couple of years now. He certainly hasn't been enjoying it for two seasons.
