    Nice to see Bo and Brock back together, they played well during Boeser's rookie season.

    One thing with Canuck fans (and for fans of other Canadian teams) is that they don't cheer for encouragement, they need something to get the cheers going. A goal, a big save, big hit etc. I was at the home opener when the Canucks pumped in 8 goals and the entire building was buzzing the whole night. Perhaps this mindset needs to change.

    Since Edler, Sutter and Beagle are out, they need another player to wear an A. I vote for Loui Eriksson.

    The irony of this is that if the Laffs beat the Golden Knights tonight, the Canucks would still be in a playoff position.

    Not scoring on the lengthy 5 on 3 was the TSN turning point

    Tough to win when you are constantly giving up the first goal in the game. That's 14 out of 21 games that the Canucks have given up the first goal.

    No need for a time out when they have these terribly timed TV timeouts

    Also the flip side to that, the Lightning cruised to a 62 win (record tying) regular season last year and got swept in the first round. Adversity can be a good thing, especially when you learn from it.

    They also kept the entire Caps top line to only 2 SOG and were a -6 combined. With that said, there should be no excuse to giving up a 4 goal lead against a tired team but the Canucks had no puck luck in the third.

    Tanev is great and all, but having him over the offensively superior Myers is a questionable choice.

    I believe the clown that JV fought in his rookie year was AHL plug Bobby Farnham, aka Bobby Farmhand.

    Our current 2nd PP unit might be one of the worst in the league in terms of personnel and results. Call Baertschi up and have Gaudette draw into the line up. Having Virtanen and Sutter on the 2nd PP unit is just not cutting it.
