I don't think Rodin has shown enough to make the team yet... do we lose him to waivers to give Brock or Jake a chance?

Rodin is pretty much AHL bound at this point. Boeser and Virtanen have both hugely outplayed Rodin. Rodin was always a gamble, it's just too bad luck wasn't on his side. I'm guessing he'll play out the year in Utica, maybe get called up if there's a rash of injuries, then back to Europe for the rest of his career.
There's no shame in that, he's still going to be making a hell of a living across the pond, he's just not much of an NHL player and his window has closed.
