    Juolevi needs 40 more games of experience to qualify for expansion... I wonder if he'll see limited time in the 1st 1/2 of next season to not have to protect him?

      Juolevi qualifies for expansion and would need protection to not be picked.

       

      Every team has to leave exposed  at least 1D and 2Fs with 40 NHL games or 70 NHL games over 2 seasons.  Even if a player does not reach those numbers of games they can be exposed unless exempt or protected.  Among those exposed at least 1 D and 2 Fs have to have reached those number of games.
