I usually train fasted first thing when I get out of bed, just easier first thing. Today I’ve decided to carb up before hand.
Shoulders are fine now, had an injury but the strength has really rebounded back and back seems to only be getting stronger.
General focus is on frequency hitting each muscle twice a week, one heavy day and one a bit lighter, focus on time under tension and progressive overload.
It it may have just been a one off day as I increased my deficit before my last push day, but we’ll see after my workout today.
