      I think most of the world just calls them chicken wings, at least thats my experience working in the industry for years, and, not to brag, but being quite a chicken wing connoisseur myself.

      Like anything else, I'm sure it just depends on the area.  My traveling days ended 10 years ago, so maybe by now more people do call them chicken wings.  Here's a popular YouTube channel that has a popular series making celebrities eat super hot wings, and they call chicken wings, "spicy wings".
