Should be the other way around. Bottom line it's support to your fellow soldiers. A sacrifice of a cold morning to support the fallen is worth it.

Confederate General Johnson & Union General Sherman had numerous battles in the field during the American civil war yet Johnson stood hatless (it was a bitter cold day) in the funeral procession for Sherman.  His friends pleaded with him to wear a hat but he wouldn't have anything of it.  He said:  "if the positions were reversed, Sherman would not wear a hat either".  Johnson would catch a cold & later pneumonia (and died soon after).

Absolutely asinine that 80, 90 year old veterans are waiting around in the cold in wheelchairs while Trudeau's wife and teenage son arrive in a limo, go through some motions and then leave in a limo.
