Dazzle

I was a Green supporter but it’s pretty clear now with Bruce that he wasn’t a good coach. I was wrong. I don’t get why people can’t admit when they’re wrong. It’s not that big a deal.

@ken kaniff I didn't hate Green at the start. I support everyone until they prove that they can't do the job. If Benning can get bashed after five seasons at the helm (he's had more than that), Green can too. All I've been arguing is for equal treatment.

I also thought Green was a good coach, I don't think he was right for this team as it moved along and I would stop short of crapping on the guy because he had a poor record, questionable decisions with this group and some other shortcomings not noticed earlier on.

I just find it disappointing how many armchair GM/media types who think he was and is only hot garbage because he lost it here in Vancouver. Nobody is saying he is a great coach, he's still a younger coach who has NHL experience and will more than likely find another job before anyone here wants to admit or give him credit for. There is a reason NHL people speak of him as a decent NHL coach.

Because it didn't work here doesn't mean he should get so much hate, again disappointing.
