    Didn't realize how elite the 2011 team was in transition unless you watch some of these old playoff games

      I was young then but I wish I appreciated that team a little more than I did.

      That is why Hughes is such a game changer.  All we need now are defenders that can defend (fortunately they tend to be undervalued compared to offensive D men).  I mean, how much longer will Tanev’s body hold up?  And Father Time will eventually get to Edler as well.

      Bieksa had some of the nicest goals off set-plays off of breakouts/transitions.

       

       

       

      The one with Higgins just chilling at the bench is probably my favorite non-series-clinching goal of that run (see 3:25 of the below video).
