I went to Grouse to do the grind today, and tried looking for Pokemon as I was hiking up. My game showed nothing on the map....and I kept thinking damn that kind of sucks there's nothing up here. Then I get signed out and log back in....and there's PokeStops and gyms all the way up the trail, and a lot of them at the top. I missed out.

Yeah. Basically catch as many &^@#ing Pidgey's as you can, turn on the Lucky Egg.....and evolve away. I picked Squirtle as well. I've only ran into another one once, and it was like 4 days ago......and my game froze during battle.

I'm jealous of people who live in a big apartment building that has a PokeStop in it. Everybody in the building within range of a PokeStop while sitting at home....everybody able to set lures on it. One of my buddies lives in an apartment downtown that has a PokeStop. Needless to say he's having an easy time leveling up and catching stuff.

Yeah. From all the tips I've read on the Reddit Pokemon Go section, you basically just don't level any Pokemon up or bother with them until you're Lvl 20-25. There's no point because you'll likely find a higher CP version of one that you've been upgrading. Basically just focus on gaining levels by catching and evolving things, then discarding for more candies to evolve more.

Not entirely true. I actually the freeze happen a bunch of times today, and I probably loaded up with the Pokemon in my inventory half of those times. One of them was when I found an Aerodactyl which I'd never seen before, and it froze. I was pretty choked. But then when I reloaded the app I had him.

There's no real proof of that though. A lot of people are assuming they're banned because they can't connect or their Pokeballs aren't working. Those are basically all server issues. Today, I couldn't sign back into my account. I deleted the app and re-installed it. Works again. One thing is for sure though. If they don't reset the servers when it officially launches, all the newcomers aren't going to have a good time capturing any gyms. Everyone will be way ahead of them.

Where'd you guys download your file from? I got mine from that mobilesyrup link when you Google it for Android. It's been nearly perfect for me.

Rogers. According to my App Manager on my Samsung, I've used 48mb since the game came out.

I've heard the rumors, but not a lot of sources for them. I think it would be kind of dumb for them to ban people. I mean, they're playing their game. It's a free app. Maybe if it's like a suspension until the game official launches in Canada, that would make sense. They would be losing a ton of users this way. So many people are playing it everywhere already. I mean, just everywhere I've been so far has had LOTS of people playing. Metrotown had a bunch the other day, like 10-20 people grouped together at a PokeStop there that one of my buddies walked by. Like I said in a previous post, I saw around 20 people at a stop near my house. I drive a lot, and every gym I've seen has multiple people owning them already. It would be weird to be if people were perma banned.

A lot of people have been praising it and I can say it myself as well, this game barely uses any data. I've been playing it quite a bit and my data has barely gone up.

I've been playing it quite a lot, but my problem is that I drive. I never knew driving would be such a problem for me until I got Pokemon GO. Man, it's crazy how massively popular this game is. There's a bunch of PokeStops in my area, and there's this one where you have to walk down a trail to get to it. Somebody used a Lure on it to attract Pokemon there for awhile. So, I see on my map there's a lured Pokestop in there, and what happens? I walk in there and there's like 20 people all playing Pokemon at that PokeStop. Craziness. Most of them over 20. A couple of 40 year olds.

That's the kind of commitment that I've lost over the past 2-3 years. I just can't get myself to complete games to that level. I just stop playing them and move on to the next one.

Leave it to CDC to be flipping out about acquiring the best defenseman in the draft. I am so thrilled with this pick. If Puljujarvi or Dubois were there, then yeah I would have liked them. But Juolevi over Tkatchuk for me 100%. The Canucks really need a puck moving, high IQ defender. That's what Olli is.

Glad Lebron was able to bring a championship to Cleveland.

Sounds right up my alley. I was thinking about buying that HD Remaster as well because I've always sort of wanted to play Heavy Rain again, but just never did. I don't mind Ellen Page in some things. I thought she was fine in Inception, and probably other things like Juno. I can't really dive into much regarding her though since I haven't seen much.

Nice. I was thinking about buying it soon because of how much I loved Heavy Rain. Also, now Detroit: Become Human is coming by Quantic Dream so I suppose I should play Beyond: TS.

I really enjoyed Heavy Rain, but actually never really got around to playing BTS. It's probably worth whatever PS3 price it's at right now, but I'm not sure if it's worth the PS4 remaster price. I think with critics is a very hit or miss title, but so was Heavy Rain. People who are disappointed in that PS conference shouldn't be. They showed a ton. Nobody should really have expected No Man's Sky either. That game is out in 2 months.

@Incursio Really? It looks like the Silent Hills PT demo, at least the gameplay of Resident Evil 7 did. The last RE's were crap. This looks a lot better. Looks like a definite buy for me.

Death Stranding. It's what Kojima and Norman Reedus have been working on since Silent Hills had to be shut down. Kratos looks odd to me with that scruffy beard, but okay I thought Infinite Warfare sounded like $&!# after so much futuristic stuff, but this actually looks pretty good Farpoint looks interesting, but for me it mind be a little overboard with No Man's Sky and Mass Effect coming, although I suppose it'll hold me off for Mass Effect Spiderman looks interesting. If it's as good as Spider Man 2 was on the PS2, then I'll buy it Batman VR sounds epic as &^@# Same goes for Xwing flying Horizon looks promising I'm not sure what Death Stranding is going to be like, but Resident Evil 7 sure looks like a successor to PT, the Silent Hills demo. Detroit, the game after Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls. Promising Last Guardian needs to &^@#ing come out already because I've been waiting years since Shadow of the Colossus.... I actually quite enjoyed the Hawken Early Access on Steam when I played it awhile back, so I wonder how it'll fair on full release. Battlefield. Enough said.

I stopped playing it awhile ago. I just don't have the commitment to match these other people.

It's pretty clear that the source material was very important for the show.
