      But I just let the navi-computer make the hyperspeed jump calculations.

      OK that's enough for me 

      if you could go at the speed of light everyone in the car would see things as normal including the lights and anyone outside the car would see the lights only going at the speed of light [ not twice the speed ] . assuming the lights were on before you got up to the speed of light . If you turned them on after IDK probably blow up the universe or something !
