Bought myself a large cast iron skillet and did rib eye steaks;
in a marinade of:
apple cider vinegar
olive oil
worsteshire sauce
salt an pepper
roast russets
chic pea, avocado, grape tomato, feta salad
it was the first time I’ve used apple cider in a steak marinade and I won’t repeat. It was good but not excellent.
today however! Wow!
Used the leftover steak, bought mushrooms, green peppers, onion, garlic, Serrano pepper, and jack/mozzarella/cheddar mix
threw it all in the skillet and then on a crusty sub bun for lunch.
insane good.
