@Ghostsof1915 don't worry I recommended he do self surgery following the step by step instructions I gave him with stick figure diagrams I included, to make sure he knows just where to cut. Also to rifle through his relatives medicine cabinets and take any and all random prescription pills he can find. I feel confident that should be just as good as actually "seeing" a doctor.
