I just don't get how people want Miller gone!he came in and did what was expected of him.Lack is the one that looks best right now to be traded.Both Lack and Markstrom need to be groomed for a year or two which means Miller will stay for now.If we start with lack and Markstrom if one faulters we won't make the playoffs.Benning is smart and knows the best one /two would be Miller-Lack/Markstrom for now!

why post this if you doubt the team??

Next year will be key as Markstrom will either get traded at the draft or start of the season,less we get rid of Lack which at this point I don't see.I wish we could give him more of a shot as one game doesn't mean much but at this point of the season we have to play Lack!

I hope we develope Jake in the minors for a couple years unless he comes to camp and blows away management with his play!The kid has major talent and I just hope we don't rush him into the lineup!

He should be a good player for our future which is now looking better then anytime in the last decade or longer

I have a feeling he will stay in the AHL for one more year and develope his skills playing LW/C/RW and PP for us to get a good 2nd to 3rd liner!

Problem with the team after the finals is MG still didn't change the team to get better!He was given a team on the verge of become great as we did but then did nothing at all but make us worse being stubborn!

Sestito will be sent down before we trad hansen who has skill,faster and more grit then most on the team,all you haters will see that hansen has to stay as he is in the prime of his career ,less we trade him with a bigger deal he will be a canucks come playoff time!

After Horvat gets sent down after 9 games you will see jensen who I thought made the team last year and only reason he isnt on the team is to give Horvat 9 games,other then that not to bad but like said you forgot fox!

#5: Nicklas Jensen is on the team next year so take him out and in his place add FOX who you seemed to have missed!!!!

after his interview seems many rumours here are just that,he is asking what it takes to move up,wont trade down and likes the pick we are at.I take that as "they want to much to move up" and we are set to get a good player where we are.Untill the asking price is better then we wont move up and I think giving up to much to move up isnt worth it at all

as many centers are there in this draft then at 6th we'd get someone with simular numbers and skils to be a 2nd or 1st line center!I just dont get why many since Benning said he liked Reinhart want him when he has the stats simular to those who are top 7 in the draft.He might be a bit smarter of a player but again being so young maybe others get better, its a big gamble moving up when the 6th pick could turn out being better.I jut dont want to hurt the team but trading for the 1st and thats my opinion, doing it is a few people on here as I said vause benning said he wanted him,so be it! we will see what happens!!

thats right nobody would and that means take what you can get, I'd rather have an extra 1st round pick then give up to much to move up cause not all players turn out and make the nhl.Call me cautious butfinally we might have a chance to have the future 1st and 2nd lines plus filled rather then sign players which hasnt worked for us yet!I have been watching the canucks close for loner then most on here and I love Linden being hired but Benning knows trading to get more ie Kesler and not trading to move up with close to the same type of players is useless, you can mold players and to me it would be worth it to mold a 6th to be as good or better then the top center avaliable.

no are you???there is no number 1 in this draft thats next year and trading hunter and a 6th you would do if it was for next years draft not this one!

thats just it why trade or sign ufa lw,rw,D if we have one in the minors that will play longer and in a couple years may be better???Hunter should not be traded with a 6th if so better be for s superstar the likes of Bure or better!

well we are going to trade kesler so what we get back plus our 6th is better then trading for the 1st when we are trying to get younger players for the future..Like I have posted before teams trading for the 1st usually are not as good as the team getting players for the pick ie Lindros trade.Plus teams trading a superstar player like a Kesler are better taking what they get ie the kessle trade as boston won the cup after doing so.I'd rather take what we get from the Kesler deal and picking where we are at, the trade Kessler and trading for the 1st as we'd be giving up more to make a smaller splash !Can't argue with things that have happened in the past as we learn from them!
