When you can literally read most fans and analysts predict the outcome of a game like this hours before it starts , it tells us we are a " team like that". 8 years , and we are nowhere near a good team , regardless of the individual talent . A complete " rebuild " fail. I've personally seen enough to know , even if they go on a run, they will NEVER be a team like Vegas , Tampa, or Boston with this roster. This team may have short spurts of success, but they have the mental makeup of losers collectively. It's pathetic. Every since the departure of the last remaining 2011 players, and some of the RFA's along the way, I have zero connection to these guys. Most seem arrogant, and unlikable. Ontop of that, habitual losers . Canucks PR have not connected any of them in a meaningful way to the fans . Horvat 4th in the league for powerplay goals Horvat 1st in the league for shorthanded goals. Horvat 8th in the league for faceoff win percentage. Quinn Hughes 8th in the league for time in ice Two players in the top 15 in assists ( Hughes and Pettersson tied at #14th in the league). Two players top 15 in points ( Pettersson #10th , Horvat #15. Definitely some positives
