      ah thats too bad, Novus has been great for me. @Drive-By Body Pierce is bang on tho, the big providers value new customers far more than old ones so maybe you can get a new tv out of it. When i lived in Burnaby I had Shaw and Telus, honestly no discernible difference other than Telus help is next to useless. Try turning your router on and off......
