    Victor Persson followed that route playing in Kamloops and is still on the reserve list, but he's like a forgotten man. Due to play for the Pelicans next season

    Are you honestlt suggesting that the great success was all about his predecessor and things went better when Bening arrived. There's a competition each season for the best team there's no competition for the best prospects. The entire concept is to win not draft, good gracous, to many hand their hats on drafting rather than winning. The entire thrust of sports is to win, God nows we can't depend on drafting with picks like virtanen and Juolevi

    I just can't figure this out. The most successful GM infranchise history, I'll repeat that because some are not absorbing the fact!! Aquaman fired him after 6 years, kept Benning for 8 years with negligable success. Gillis &Torts fully understood the team had to start all over again but Auaman wanted a Cup and he cost this franchise 8 years of futility

    All Woo has to do is compete. Management is looking for the best RHD they can find, if that's Woo good on him, but he has to show he's up to the task, just like any player from Pee Wee to Junior

    A few years back I used to get a kick out of starting line ups when team would often start with a total mix of forwards maybe 2 Left Wingers and a 4th line centre. Just to screw up the opposing coach, see how he reacted. Remember Roger Neilson starting Harold Snepts as centre on the starting line up. I'm not sure who watches line matching but i enjoy it.

    We have to keep in mind hockey isn't much of a deal in many EU countries. Latvia has 7000+ players in the country, minor, women, beer, junior etc thta's it the total • Ice hockey players per country worldwide 2021 | Statista Man there's more players in the lower mainland than that Canada on the other hand has 345,000

    Who is Sartaaj Bhullar: and why should his opinions be any better than others. I like Craig Button and Ray Ferraro and I appriciate their knowledge and candor. I have my doubts about many oters including the Canuck Army crew. I'm sure he's a nice guy

    To tell you the truth I wouldn't be surprised if they resigned Myers at bargain price. Like Schenn both of their wives/families live in the Okanogin, they want to be in Vcr. Then maybe buy out OEL and his $7+ contract. Sadly they're going to have to simply waive some player. Most teams have Cap problems of their own

    The first glimmer of light down the end of the tunnel is 23-24 when Pearson, Myers, Ferland and Dickinson become UFA's Lts just hope that glimmer oflight is not a train baring down on us
