I mean, we can all agree green wasn't getting it done and was significant reason to the canucks woahs but... Failure as a man is a little much me thinks... Relax man. I agree, but it would probably take more, closer to 2 mil to get him to consider leaving home to come here. Especially if in fact he was screwed around by Benning last two offseasons.

Green could be more successful with a team built more like the Blues, Wild, blue jackets. Teams that are heavier, dump and chase, some speed, not high skill but all lines have talent and work hard. The nucks are young, skilled, smaller, quick but not fast and excel as a puck possession team. Greens system simply didn't fit the types of players we have. Ironically, benning was giving the wrong players for green to be successful with. And green wasn't able/capable to adapt. The make up of this team will be a lot more understood by JR and Bruce because they've both had high skill teams, and know how to compliment what's already here. All I know is this team has become very entertaining to watch and follow, more nights then not. Here's to fun times in canuckland 2022!

Not really... Some similar bone structure, but I see quite a lot of difference.

Lay off the whiskey Alf... I just had surgery in the comox hospital... It didn't seem busy... In the recovery room I asked if they were overrun with covid patients. (I asked my surgeon) he said there had been very few covid cases in the hospital throughout the pandemic (wasn't sure the actual amount but said not many) and wasn't aware of any covid patients in the hospital now. A half hour later I asked a nurse the same question and she said they have one patient with asymptomatic Omnicom stain bring treated (he found out through a routine check and came to the hospital). But also confirmed that they'd had a total of 16 cases throughout the pandemic. She was more concerned with the loss of some quality nurses because they chose not to be vaccinated and therefore let go. So for me, as it stands, It makes me question Adrian Dix statements. We'll see if the hospital here gets overrun but it was very quiet there and throughout the pandemic.

Actually it took him a number of years before he started showing he had ability to score. He had the rep 'hands of stone' Hansen. He was so good and valuable defensively though... So it was so nice to see when he started scoring... Not a lot but clutch goals from tine to time.

Not saying that Chatfield's a world beater but just another example of the disconnect between what 'tools' Benning was supplying and Green not knowing how to utilize those tools given. I just shake my head as to how Benning didn't see that green wasn't on the same page as him and as a result ended up being his demise.
