nitronuts
Imagine how bad traffic will be with the Pattullo Bridge closed and snow...Crossing the Fraser is gonna be a nightmare, if it isn't already. That shouldn't be a problem.....theoretically, it would mean there would be a lot less car traffic on the roads and drivers would be switching to transit. Avicii
SNOW IS MY FRIEND. But not when my friends give me a yellow snow cone. Hasn't happened to me yet. YET. Edited January 22, 2009 by MGaborik
Common sense
That shouldn't be a problem.....theoretically, it would mean there would be a lot less car traffic on the roads and drivers would be switching to transit. If buses could move around in the snow, then yes, the theoretical plan would work.

masutheakita
LOL.............. 80 degrees and sunny enjoy the snow enjoy your skin cancer One third of all new cancers are skin cancers. In the United States , a new case of skin cancer is discovered every minute. More than 900,000 new cases of skin cancer are diagnosed each year. In Arizona , skin cancer rates are even higher. Arizonans are three to seven times more more likely to develop non-melanoma skin cancer, and we develop melanomas twice as often as residents of other states. Chris19
A strong ridge of high pressure stretching from Yukon through northern BC and into Alberta has brought cold air to almost all of Canada. Cold air is also filtering through the valleys towards the BC coast as well. Meanwhile, a weak upper trough of low pressure off the BC coast will move over the area tonight and into Washington State. Computer forecast models suggest that light snow will fall in Washington State but little or no snow for Greater Vancouver. However, radar images show light precipitation moving into the area so a light dusting does seem possible this evening. The skies will clear up on Sunday morning as the area of high pressure moves southwards. On Tuesday a frontal system will sweep over the area bringing snow to the region. Early estimates show that we may see 4 to 8 cm of snow during the day on Tuesday.
