What are you listening to?

Yellowstone (Amazon Prime) showcases a bunch of great southern music talent. One of my favourites is Whisky Myers.

Periodically, I would use the "Next year, in Jerusalem" line when discussing lecture theatre upgrades with some of the faculty at my former workplace... when I'd have to tell the same people, year after year, that the upgrades would be in place "next year".

For those who missed it, there are also videos of Band Maid's Akane (drums) and Kanami (lead guitar) with their alternate act, Mochi to Cheese: Mostly they have been scoured out of the Internet, but with a bit of searching something will turn up.

 

There is also this video, which has Akane and Misa (bass) in performance with Japanese TV personality, Becky. Be warned, you can't unsee/hear it once you click on it:

 

 

I find this to be kinda' soul sucking to watch. 

 

Aiko Oka (lead guitar from what I understand) is still doing some very interesting stuff.
