D.B Cooper
We won't get him. Lame. But he is not worth close to that. I can't wait to see who get ass raped when he retires after two years and they are on the hook for that nasty cap hit.

Ossi Vaananen
That's over 7m a year... 7.5 actually. I know Doan is a character guy, but it's hard to walk away from that kind of money. Any ideas as to which team has that kind of cash/cap space?
Rypien37
LOL! No one on this team is making more then the Sedin's. Bye bye Doan...ridiculous.

DeNiro
I really hope he's not the type of person that is all about money. Some players at his age just wanna go to the place that offers him the best chance to win. Right now, those teams are just treating him as a commodity. They probably lost out on Parise, and now they're trying to save face by just trying to signing any big name player. Hopefully the fact that we expressed interest from day 1 counts for something. It means that he was who we were targeting right away because he would fit our team, not because he's a consolation prize for missing out on Parise. DeNiro
I wouldn't be surprised if it was the Rangers since Sather has been known to go all in like this. His best offer was rejected by Columbus, so now he's just going to spend his money on the next best player available. Actually, when you compare the two. Doan @ 7.5 mil doesn't seem as bad when you compare it to Nash @ 7.8 plus all the assets you would have to give up to get him.
