Ossi Vaananen
A day late and a dollar short. It's spelled Weber. I think we accomplished a lot here
Jai604
I still can't understand why people can't spell Weber's name right. It's 5 freaking letters for crying out loud. Weber would not fit into Vancouver's salary structure.
elvis15
Please, he's not a Canuck, can we just keep all this in the massive Weber offer sheet thread in Trades, Rumours and Signings.
DeNiro
You can't low-ball him if you don't even submit an offer sheet for him. As far as I know we didn't.

Avicii
I bet Gillis' first sentences were "Don't think about winning, we have a great city. I'm an ex-agent, i think i'm bau5 and im not gonna pay you more than the Sedins."
Jai604
Hahaha, yeah okay. He signed a 100 mil offer sheet because he wants to WIN. Oh man, I'm going to fall out of my chair here. He'd sign with the Jackets or Leafs for that kind of cash. It has nothing to do with winning.
L'Orange
I agree. Looking at Vancouver's future, and Philly's future, which team is on the rise, and which is on the decline? Quite clear, really.
DeNiro
Did nobody watch Bryzgalov in the playoffs?? How can you say that guy gives a player a good chance of winning the cup? He's just as likely to quit hockey and become an astronaut. They couldn't win with Richards, Carter, and Pronger. I don't see them winning with Giroux, Schenn, and Weber.
