Although not tough enough some of them can skate, and are able to put in a decent effort, but not consistantly. AV is the same, he never knows when to take time outs or make a goalie change, he is lousy at picking shoot out specialists. He even looks too casual most of the time. So this is his team and they are used to him. Nothing much will change. Now that these milllionaire players have finally settled their contract with the NHL and the fans continue to fill the Roger's Arena, we are stuck with mediocre hockey and the odd flash of brilliance. The management appears quite happy with the status quo but really there is not enough toughness, or grit as MG calls it on this team.
