alt kilgore Posted April 13, 2013 Share Posted April 13, 2013 The whole point of having a power forward like Zak (and trading away a talent like Cody) was to give the Sedins a different look and make them more effective in the post season where they have struggled to score. Now is the time for Zak to learn that role, not in game 3 of the fitrst series. At the rate AV is messing him around, the Sedins will be retired before he figures things out. TimberWolf Posted April 13, 2013 Share Posted April 13, 2013 Yeah, maybe he should give it away in front of the net for a free goal like Bieksa and Lappy. Heck, he might even get moved up a line!! Either send him to the AHL or leave him on the 2nd or 3rd line, this benching him and putting him on the 4th line all the time is getting ridiculous. These games don't mean anything, which is a perfect time for him to play and learn though his mistakes. As I type this his line creates a goal. AV will have him squeezing his stick so tight afraid to make a mistake that he will be the 4th line plug AV's trying to mold him into in the end.
