Since the update I've gotten the 10 for the emerald ring question, the 6 for making Burns confess in the "Ghost" quest line, 3 from my first "Spooktacular bonus", and 4 for tapping ghosts. Takes forever, I know, but in the end more fun than just a decoration. If you don't feel like saving up that much maybe save up for items that have tasks along with them like the tv station items.
