PlayStation
Honestly someone tell me who he is, never heard of him. As per Dreger Darren Dreger @DarrenDreger 4m Sources say Glen Gulutzan and the Canucks are working on the details of his agreement to work as an assistant to John Tortorella. Glen Gulutzan (born August 12, 1971) is a Canadian ice hockey coach and former player. He was the head coach of the NHL's Dallas Stars from 2011 to 2013 Darren Dreger @DarrenDreger 3m Tortorella, Sullivan and Gulutzan will call the shots from the Canucks bench next season. Interesting, Torts added another assistant.

LuongovsTuuka
I am not sure about Torts as coach, but I do like the way the coaching staff is shaping up as a whole. At the very least, I will be far more interested in the Canucks of 13-14 than I was in the 12-13 team.
Zoolander
glad he's not the head coach, I love the hiring! This reminds me a bit of Starsky and Hutch
DeNiro
He led the Texas stars to the Calder finals in 09-10 where they eventually lost. He's basically Dallas Eakins with head coaching experience. Sick flow included.

canuckrelevantname
Hopefully this is true. I liked the compete level his Dallas teams displayed over the past few seasons. Perfect fit as an assistant under Torts.

billabong
One thing I do like is how the management completely gutted the coaching staff ...a new voice can do a world of wonder
Brocklovich
Interesting choice but why is dreger saying its interesting having 2 assistant coaches didn't Vancouver have Newell Brown & Bowness with AV last year? If Sullivan is the guy who worked on NYRs D hopefully we can see some improvement on the defensive side of the game from our D
