kk0007 Posted July 6, 2013 Share Posted July 6, 2013 For the simple reason that General Manager Mike Gillis has signed various contracts over the past few years in which he has dealt out undeserving NTC's to players that wouldn't garner them on other franchises while also tying up too much money in too few people...this has created the situation that we can only afford a 4th line center to become our 3rd line center..
