Tre Mac
I bought Skyrim again, this time for ps4 for $40, why not? Man, it has been a long time since I played this so I was trying to remember what to do. This time I made a Redguard that looks like Jesus, not sure what to make him into though. He's level 10 already but I haven't spent any skill points. I guess this game comes with a bunch of mods but I haven't tried any yet(they disable trophies) and it also comes with the 3 x-pacs. You know the best thing I like about ES is there is no linear path and because of this I've never completed the main quest for any game yet. Maybe this time I will lol... I see this game is so old the thread for it is locked and archived. They got a VR version coming out for X-mas, full price though.

Aardvark
Skyrim is my favourite game of all time. What hooks me, is the ability to create different character builds and play the game differently. The playthrough that I had the most fun involved an unarmed build, just walking up to stuff and punching it. I got the idea on how to make the build more viable by watching a pretty hilarious youtube video that I won't search for right now, because I'm at work and it's a bit NSFW. Warhippy
Simple question. Is there any game worth actually buying a PS4 over? Have had a PS 3 I think I have turned on twice in the last 2 or 3 years.

That being said, I've enjoyed this generation of games quite a bit more than last so far.

Every time I get a craving to play a game, it's a PS3 game (or a PS1 disc that I need a PS3 to play).

Tre Mac
Kind of getting sick of the gaming industry. These new games aren't worth $80, and every game now has micro transactions to milk us out of even more coin. On a given year I'd buy at least 4 new release games but this year I only bought Madden at full price. I still rather game than watch tv, but I am not paying full price for games anymore. I don't have time to play many games anyways, so it doesn't bother me to wait for the few I do buy to go on sale. Same with movies/TV - I just wait for stuff to hit Netflix. No rush...and if it doesn't hit Netflix, no loss. I have more than enough entertainment. Edited November 18, 2017 by D-Money
DollarAndADream
Horizon: Zero Dawn wins Best Storytelling and Playstation Game of the Year at the Golden Joystick Awards. Ashly Burch (voice of Aloy in Horizon) wins Best Gaming Performance and Breakthrough Award. Zelda won Game of the Year, which isn't too surprising.
