Baka
4-3 Flyers. They are getting hot at the right time and I really didn't like our game today. The actually kind of reverted back to classic Flyers hockey. They have been one of the most dangerous offenses in December but as soon as the offense picked up Steve Mason went from a goalie with a GAA almost under 2 and save percentage over .930 to a goalie with a GAA of 2.93 and a save percentage of .893 in December. Canuck Surfer
Gee Whizz, Lecavalier isnt even playing center. And they have Laughton coming through the pipeline. Thats a deep forwards crew! Can anyone else comment on the balance of their prospects?

Can anyone else comment on the balance of their prospects? Lecavalier is the #2 center but he is coming back from injury so they are easing him back in. They probably don't want to rush him into his role and they don't want to pull Couturier off the 3rd line center given how he has played. But on normal circumstances Lecavalier would take center while Schenn took wing. As far as Laughton goes he was projected a 3rd line center (though his offense is really picking up in juniors.) If Lecavalier continues to play well and Couturier does his thing Laughton may become trade bait.

Baka
Thanx; what about prospects other than Laughton? The Flyers none NHL prospects are fairly weak. None of the wingers are legit prospect and Nick Cousins another center is probably the next best prospect at center. After him on defense Gotisbehere, Hagg, and Morin are the only true NHL caliber prospects but they are all project players. Their best young assets are all already in the NHL (Giroux, Voracek, Simmonds, B. Schenn, L. Schenn, Gustufsson, Couturier) Though if it's worth noting Philly is prone to having surprises Read was unexpected. And now Raffl has 8 points in his last 11 games. But if you are going by scouting reports Laughton is really the only big looking prospect.
