All jokes aside, here's my all time Canucks roster:

Naslund - Gradin - Bure

Willaims - Linden - Mogilny

Adams - Ronning - Bertuzzi

Tanti - Cassels - Smyl

Ohlund - Brown

Jovanovski - Lumme

Edler - Mitchell

McLean

Schneider

You're really joking if you don't have the twins in your lineup.

Considering possible chemistry and workable NHL type lines

Sedin Sedin Smyl- I think if Stan was around in the same era as the Sedins he'd be the perfect gritty and talented linemate for them

Naslund Gradin Bure- Speed and skill

Tanti Linden Bertuzzi- skill, heart and grit

T. Williams Kesler Gino- the don't F with me line

P. Rienhart- Ohlund

Jovi- Hamhuis

Salo- Lumme

Lidster

McLean

Luongo

A first line which would make Bob Cole have a stroke on the air:

Markus Naslund - Mats Sundin - Mats Naslund

It's just a shame we didn't have Mats Naslund.

So anyways. If we're talking about "all in their prime"

Mogilny - Sundin - Bure

Tanti - Sundstrom - Linden

Bertuzzi - Messier - Naslund

Smyl - Larionov- Skriko

H+D Sedin

Murzyn - Lumme

Hamhuis - Babych

Jovo - Ohlund

Reinhart (Paul)

King Richard

Cesare Maniago

Man, it's pretty sad that after 45 years in the league Ohlund, Lumme, and Jovanovski are the best defence men we have ever had.

I had the same thought. And I have to add that I always thought Jovo was kind of over-rated. Ohlund is number 1, of course, and Lumme provided a lot of offense, but I think that Edler right now is better than Jovo was. And Hamhuis should get some consideration.

Not sure it makes sense to include players (way) past their prime when they played in Vancouver (Messier and Sundin). But this list looks partially tongue in cheek anyway.

Thinking about my favorite Canucks and thought I'd like to hear everyone's all time Canucks lineup (4 forward lines, 3 defense lines, 2 goalies). Here's mine:

Markus Naslund - Henrik Sedin - Pavel Bure

Daniel Sedin - Thomas Gradin - Trevor Linden

Tiger Williams - Orland Kurtenbach - Stan Smyl

Alex Mogilny - Ryan Kesler - Todd Bertuzzi

Matthias Ohlund - Jyrki Lumme

Harold Snepsts - Dave Babych

Ed Jovanovski - Kevin Bieksa

Roberto Luongo

Kirk Mclean

LOL.....

Joke right?
