The left wing conveniently leave out that part of the equation when they bring out the mantra, "more black people are targeted than any other race in the U.S." Do you have any stats on how many Canucks fans participate in riots, their ethnicity, and in comparison to other NHL teams fanbase? The outrage in Baltimore and many other places is against police brutality. Brutality that moslty targets black people, where police have in the vast majority of cases faced no repercussions. I think this statement is a little too far fetched.. IMO it's not really about white supremacy or any racial supremacy, but just the complete disregard of basic human rights and not trusting people in general.. A lot of the police officers are basically indoctrinated to use racial profiling, generalizations ,etc. as a means to judge or apprehend someone. This includes non-white officers like Blacks, etc.. The media certainly doesn't help either. Long story short the whole policing system needs a complete rebuilt from top to bottom especially in the US.. The left wing conveniently leave out that part of the equation when they bring out the mantra, "more black people are targeted than any other race in the U.S." If you overwhelming concentrate on black crime while often blatantly ignoring crimes committed by other group, its no surprise that blacks will come off looking the worst statistically. As a cop you will hurt your career by even suggesting that you can catch just as many drug criminals in a mostly white setting. If you're black in the U.S. you have to worry about being charged or fined for the most ridiculously contrived offences, google Earl Sampson. They use this kind of legal harassment to try to get the person to eventually snap or fail to appear in court, so they can apply real charges and get them into the system.
