Matt Filipe: 3 years, $ 2.7 million dollar contract ($900,000 per season) The Blues are excited that those 3 Prospects signed Contracts with the Club. All 3 Players will still need some Time to Develope . Luke missed most of the Season cause of an injury but he recorded 5 Goals , 15 Points and a +7 Rating in 14 Games in the QMJHL ...so 1 Point per Game. Not sure if he will play another Year in the Juniors or if he will compete for a Job on the NHL Roster next Season. Matt will play one or two Years in the NCAA . We hope that he will develope well in this Time. Tyler is a very Talented Goalie but a few years away from the NHL. He played in the ECHL most of the Time this Season but also got a chance to play at AHL Level. Next Season he might make the next Step and become a AHL Regular. We are excited to see them all back in the 2018/19 Training Camp.

Bombastik der Teutone
The St.Louis Blues Organisation would like to thank following Players for their efforts and wishes all the best for the Future since the Blues will not re-sign them: Steve Mason : Steve was a great and last Minute Pickup at the Trade Deadline 2013 . He played 5 more Seasons for the Blues with more or less success. His 1st full year was definitely the best . the following years he had allways a bad start into the season and injuries threw him back. 2017/18 was just horrible for steve . a brutal off start was followed by some injuries. he never was able to show up this season. specially the injury history is the reason that we do not re-sign steve another time. we hope he will fully recover from his injury and gets a new chance with another team. thanks for 5 years with up and downs steve mason. we are looking forward to go with linus ullmark and hopefully darcy kuemper into the next season. linus ullmark could become another nice deadline pickup ..... Mario Lucia/ Joey Laleggia: We had high exceptions in both Players but they never panned out. Joey was a multiple Awarded Player in the NCAA and he also brought up good Offensive Numbers in the AHL but may his size is the Reason why he never got a chance to Play in the Big League. We have waited a long Time for Mario Lucia , a 1 Time WJC U20 Gold Medal Winner. His 1st Year in the AHL looked promising with 22 Points in 44 Games . This Season he also recorded 22 Poinst but this in 63 Games. Both Players are still in a good Age and maybe they will become late bloomers or career ahl´ers. time will show it but we need room for upcoming prospects and there a lot of intersting young players on the market. Brian Ferlin: We also had high exceptions in Brian , specially after his 7 Game Stint in the NHL in 2014/15 where he recorded one assist. But the following Years has been brutal for Brian. Injuries allways kept him away from the Ice. So he just played 30 Regular Season Games and 3 Playoff Games in the past 3 Seasons. We wish Brian that he will have better Times again and that he will stays healthy . Also all the best to ... Justin Dowling Adam Vay Mason Geertson Freddie Hamilton Blake Pietila if there are any interests in any players rights ...please contact me via pm a report regarding the 2017/18 season will follow next week

canuck2xtreme
So, Brad Marchand's excuse is "well he punched me 4 times in the face..." Really....? So Sedin should have licked him? Is that it? Imagine the crap they'd have said about us if that happened. Absurd What a complete piece of garbage.
