Haven't seen enough of the 'Yotes to estimate their true value, but feel these 2 players have attributes we need plenty more of.

 

Van: Q Hughes & TP Pearson

 

Yotes: Chychrun & Lawson Crouse

 

Obviously the fwds are very imbalanced here. So does QH hold enough value exceeding JC to justify such a deal? Should they add a pick(they have so many)?

 

Immediately following this, one of BH or JTM would be sent east for more youth/picks.

I still say Chychrun to Boston where he becomes their stalwart for the next 10 years

I'd hate to dump Hughes for being so loyal to a (current) bottom feeder but Chychrun is probably that big, all situations type defenseman that winners are built around.

If it was straight across 1 for 1, depending on the add (an early round pick or good prospect) I might actually do it.  Crouse is intriguing too, but we have too many top-6 wingers so unless Garland, Miller or Boeser gets moved I think he'll be redundant here (even if it means shedding Pearson in the OP).
