Coilers fans now crying about the refs and advocating physical harm be inflicted upon them.

Its times like these that make leave me confused as to why the Canucks are the only team with a toxic fanbase.

I mean we cried just as much when we played the Kings in those series a decade ago. A Gary team vs a Canadian team is always going to lean one way from the stripes.

Right but when Canucks do it it just shows what horrible people we are. Soilers do it and its their #passion.

Right? Even the Rangers Oilers game I went to a group of 30ish year old Oil fans were standing in an exit door and a 60ish year old guy said “that’s a real good place to stand”

Problem, wearing a Rangers jacket, so drunk oil fan starts yelling at him for being a Ranger fan and trying to start a fight. My buddy and I moved between him and the drunk loser to keep him at bay til he got bored.

All because the idiot was literally blocking an entire exit door :picard:

There is no clearly there at all, especially not clearly enough to call a goal back.

It’s super unclear and I’m inclined to think he didn’t touch it given that he played it next when it landed. He could have easily put his stick near it and let Ekholm play it next if he felt like he touched it.

Wow that was brutal. Clearly high stick. Clearly possession. Guess it’s nice to be a us market team as this game should still be going.

No it wasn’t, you can’t call a goal back over that at all.

Hoglander needs to watch Arvidson.

That’s a really good comparison.  Arvidsson broke out at 23 years old. Höglander needs to make the team next year and have a good season.  I would play him with Petey and Kuzy.  Hopefully we can move out Beau to free up the cap space and #FreeHogy…
