  1. English teams play 38 league games, there is also 2 domestic cup competitions as well as champions league and Europa league so the top end teams are playing roughly 60 games. Also factor in that there is only 3 substitutes allowed per game therefore your good players are playing 90 minutes night in and night out creating a much higher level of ware and tare
  2. A lot of people need to put some respect on Ekblads name, 6'4 215 24 year old RHD with a career 0.46ppg. Hughes and Ekblad would be a top 5 pairing in the league maybe even top 3, this is the type of guy you move assets for if you can make it work. If Boeser + OJ + 2021 Second + 2021 third gets it done I pull the trigger. Ekblad is basically Weber lite and we have not had a Dman like him since Jovo
  3. I really hope we can get Fanta signed as #7 he reminds me a lot of willie Mitchell,  our d needs a definite rework and would love to see OJ start on bottom pair, and I think Brock is the casualty for getting an upgrade in the top4

  6. What about 3 straight power plays to start game 4 that we didn’t capitalize on, is that the refs influence?
  7. Game 4 against blues we get 3 straight power plays to Start the game, was not the refs fault we didn’t capitalize, like I said, Terribly inconsistent Not out to get us
  8. Reffing isn’t fixed or rigged it’s simply inconsistent with no clear definition of what is a penalty and what is not, along with that definition being even more fluid depending on context and position of the game at hand
  9. Let’s start a gofundme for greens fine fund, we’ll get 25k in no time to call out that bs
  10. I see this kid putting up 25 points in 65ish games on the third pair next year
  11. Vancouver tattoo shops? Will be in town last week of august looking to get something done

      Dutchman for sure!

  12. I'm not even the biggest OJ fan but the dudes numbers speak for themselves.. everybody looks at his D+1 numbers as disappointing but I see them as impressive simply by comparing the numbers of the teams top 3 scorers in both years.
  13. Didn't see your above posts at first, Yeah working out 4-5 times a week along with ice time and dry-land training is a lot of physical activity, you can get a lot of mass only from working out 4-5 times a week let alone factoring in specialized training and dieticians
  14. I have been thinking for awhile that Juolevi is the one guy in our org who benefitted the most from the time off. Juolevi was on pace for a very respectable second year in the AHL. The guy can produce no question, he's produced at over a .5 ppg in 3 separate leagues. with even better numbers in the playoffs of 3 separate leagues.. not to mention the fact he is listed at 6'3 198 at the old age of 22 years old and now fully healthy for the first time in quite awhile. Anyone who thinks Juolevi isn't a top level prospect teams would kill to have is going to get a big wake-up call at camp
  15. If Pod shows he can contribute in the NHL right away I look to trade Boeser for a similar age dman who isnt as good yet but has more potential, think johansen for jones esque
  16. The hardest position in hockey to find a an elite player
  17. Benning most underrated move, Vanek for Tyler “ couldn’t even get a pick “ Motte
  18. Does anyone have any tips for mobilizing the SI joint? I finally got into a chiropractor after week 1/2 of lower back pain and she said I have a seized SI joint. She stretched me out and then said there was pretty much nothing you can do except ice it and see if it loosens up, follow up appt is Wednesday. Was just curious if anyone knows of any methods of stretching or exercises I can do to help. I'm only 21 and take pretty good care of myself so I find it concerning to be having back problems, thanks guys!

Hey, Logic. Not trying to frighten you at all. My symptoms were very similar to yours and I went nearly ten years before a doctor figured it out. Several chiropractors and physios completely missed it and tried all kinds of things that did not work. I really hope you don't have Ankylosing Spondylitis but talk to a doctor to rule it out. If it does turn out to be AS send me a private message and I can help you deal with any questions or concerns you have, and can point to others who can offer support. Please, please, please see a medical professional; CDC is no substitute for a qualified medical opinion.

Curmudgeon, with respect, it is was too early to be investigated for AS. Frankly, it would be a waste of health care resources at this point to get the blood work and xrays. His pain has only been around for 1.5 weeks. If it were months/years then that is a different conversation. I empathize with your story, 10 years is a long time to get a diagnosis. I wish you well

Get a different chiropractor for starters.  Massage therapist first.
