PlayStation
If Schneider could of stopped that... then maybe we should trade him to New Jersey?:$
hockeyfan90
yes your right luongo does belly flop just like Brodeur....and yet Brodeur, 3 time cup champion, Luongo 0 time cup champion, Vancouver Canucks, 0 stanley cups
kj29
Schnieder stopping Kopitar would've just delayed it so that Brown would score on us later on.

yes we can nucks
See how Brodeur flops just like Luongo? Broduer literally gets one one hand and falls down, EXACTLY AS LUONGO DOES. Schneider is immune to that and would have slide to the right remaining in an upside down T formation making himself too big for Kopitar to have a chance. We all know it. Trade Luongo. Merci
I feel a new meme coming... A completely unrelated series of comments, ending in trade Luongo. Kind of like six degrees of Kevin Bacon. "Cheating on your wife is a gamble. A type of gambling is poker. Luongo plays poker. Trade Luongo."

Tm085
Schneider would have stopped Kopitar eh..just like he stopped Stoll? Lock this retarded troll thread
Master Mind
Even if Schnieder made that save, it's not like he can do any of Brodeur's 10000000000+ accomplishments. Ripping on Brodeur is like ripping on Orr or Gretzky, you just don't do it.
etsen3
Brodeur sucks. He's only the NHL's all time leader in regular season wins, shutouts and game played. And on top of that, he only has 4 Vezina's, 2 gold medals and 3 Stanley Cups. What a loser, he obviously has no idea what he's doing.
Super_Canuck
stupid Luongo. Schneider also would've stopped Stoll in game 5 OT, oh wait....nvm
Dotcommi
Ahh but would Luongo have stopped Stoll? First thing I said was they shoulda had Luongo in net. Ha!
Wilbur
If we're talking "what ifs" and the Canucks were the Western Conference representative that game would have never gotten to overtime in the first place.....Parise's gloved in goal would have counted. Tortorella's Rant
Schneider would have scored more than 8 goals in 7 games last June and won us the Cup too.
guesswhere
Schneider stop Kopitar? Well, maybe.. maybe not. But did Schneider stop Jarret Stoll in OT in game 5? Anyways, there's no end to the ignorance of some of you 'hockey fans', is there? You're merely dissing the two winningest goalies among active goalies in the NHL in Brodeur and Luongo with your 'flopping' comments. They wouldn't achieve that if 'flopping' was a serious defect in their game, now would they? If you paid attention to the types of goals scored during the playoffs, you'd notice ALL the goalies, including the other final four goalies Quick, Lundquist, and Smith, flopped around at times... and yes, even allowed 5-hole goals. How about giving credit to the world-class players shooting at them? To say 'Schneider is immune to that (flopping)' is incredibly ignorant. First of all, you're talking about a goalie who has played only 60+ NHL games. So obviously, that isn't a lot of games to make that judgement. Secondly, you are delusional if you don't think he's going to give up that type of goal. Sure. trade Luongo. You will rue the day that we do. I know it.
