TSN really missed the boat on this one. They titled their news article "Ready for Pro?"

Should have titled it "Ready for the Biggs?"

Tyler Biggs signed to a 3 year entry deal.

I'm calling bust right now... just because he's a leafs player.

Why bother responding?

But anyways, since comments on the topic are generally preferred, I guess that means he wasn't keen on another year of university in Miami. He's got a little more development to do and will play with the Marlies, but could be a good callup.

I dont think there was anything wrong with that comment. Taking shots at the Leafs is part of being a good human.

Yes, bust it is! To put this in perspective, would you trade Jensen for Biggs? I say hell no. :picard: Toronto, what were you thinking

They should have drafted a center with that pick. Lots of good offensive centers were taken right after that pick.

He was also drafted way too high. But Burke likes em "tough" boys.

Well, I , I feel very good about this draft, but I, I think, potentially you know were gonna have 3 or 4 NHL players out of this group, ummmm, you know like we are not going to prejudice to were they are from.

I don't think Tyler is ready for the Biggs yet, so it'll be the Marlies for him...

I wonder if Biggs was a Nonis pick, if so I predict Patrick White version 2.0 albeit he has already gone further than White.

I can see him playing in the OHL for the Oshawa Generals next season rather than the Marlies. Apparently he looked really good at the USA junior national evaluation camp last week, should be interesting to see how he performs at camp.
