THERETOOL Posted January 25, 2013 Share Posted January 25, 2013 I had spoken to a friend in the media who told me about the potential gagner deal .... . and so called a friend who would actually know the truth ... he said " that would never happen !!" he said that there would be no possible way they'd ever make that deal.. the deal was never on the table .. the teams that were calling were philly, chicago , florida and t.o , and that none were coming up with realistic options .. and that they will wait till there is a offer that they believe is fair value for a star like luongo .. you can take that to the bank .. Ward 2 more seasons x 3 mill. He's 32 yrs old-but almost 230 lbs & durable. Both packages total about 9.5 mill towards Cap.
