NightHawkSniper
That wasn't a dirty hit. He scored the go ahead goal against the USA.
crime911
clearly an elbow to the heahed.. he is not a repeated offender because of this rule "Status as a "first" or "repeat" offender shall be re-determined every eighteen months. For example, where a player is suspended for the first time, he is a repeat offender if he is suspended again within eighteen months of the first incident. If he is not suspended a second time within this eighteen month period, he is no longer a repeat offender for disciplinary purposes." I say 3 or 4 game suspension
CB007
You're insane if you wouldn't take a player of Perry's calibre.
shiznak
Blindside, late hit, head check. Take your pick. It's a lot worse than Rome on Horton by the rules.
Smashian Kassian
- High hit (Elbow is tucked in but he lauches) - Way Late - Interference - Major injury on the play - Repeat offender/has a history I expect atleast 4 games, at the very least. If this league has any integrity, I would say somewhere from 5-8 games.
CB007
Late hit? It was less than a half of second when the puck left his stick Maybe Zucker should be aware of his surroundings, rather than admiring his passes. Seriously, CDC has some sort of vendetta against Perry.
Jägermeister
Keep your head up kid. Borderline late and he did catch him high, but I was expecting it to be a lot more vicious than it was after reading about it. Might get a game or 2, any more would be overkill. spliced
Eh didn't look that bad. I think the Hanzal hit on Benn was worse and that got nothing.

CB007
Yeah, he's not Mark Messier. He's the type of player MG dreams about.
shiznak
Refs gave him 5 and a game. And Shanahan is gonna let him have it. It's not CDC.

WonderTwinPowers
Refs gave Perry 5 and a game, because Zucker got injured in the play and left the game. Notice how the refs only escorted Perry to the penalty box first and not to the dressing room right away? If Zucker was fine after the hit, Perry would have just gotten a major. Not all high hits are dirty.

TOMapleLaughs
Honestly, what happened to Zucker is what would eventually have happened to Schroeder if we kept him up. Esp. if he's facing off against other teams' 4th lines in his own zone.
MayRayDown
Isn't this why they dress so many goons? Maybe Konopka should be more concerned with people taking liberties than instigating a fight with weise in lopsided wins. Also the guy trying to justify the hit "he shouldn't of been admiring his pass" "he wouldn't of gotten much if the guy wasn't injured" Those are bad reasons for not being suspended. Horton was admiring his pass doesn't mean the Rome hit was ok. Perry knows what he is doing
