What is with that video?! It shows Perry has a history, but I thought that goes away after 18 months.



Good old NHL you never fail to confuse me.


Maybe they took a page out of Canada's bill C-10 the Safe streets and Communities act, wherein before if you got a pardon all was forgiven and wiped away but now you dont get pardons, you only get a record suspensions.

Wow I'm confused as well. I thought two games based on the suspensions handed out for first time offenders but I guess he's not a first time offender for some reason? Even then...4 games sounds about right.

Status as a "first" or "repeat" offender shall be
re-determined every eighteen months. For example, where a player
is suspended for the first time, he is a repeat offender if he is
suspended again within eighteen months of the first incident. If
he is not suspended a second time within this eighteen month
period, he is no longer a repeat offender for disciplinary
purposes.
