This is the kind of stuff people want to see from the Canucks. Even if Chicago lose they gave some push back and made a series of it. Unlike Vancouver who just withered and died against San Jose.

Still hoping Detroit can pull it off in game 7. They're gonna need a better effort than what they put out there tonight though.

I hate the penalty shot rule.

Guys purposely lose control of the puck now anytime they feel a stick anywhere near their hands.

A player should actually have his chance taken away with a real hook or tackle. None of this tap of the stick on their hands.

Here we go Hawks, remember back in game 5 when I said don't count Chicago out yet? Good showing of heart and determination, win or lose by the Hawks. Glad they were able to even things up, now we just have to see which way game 7 goes, to bad I work that night. It would be cool for Chicago and LA to win, that means the remaining 4 teams would be the last 4 cup winners as well.

I do agree that the call shouldn't have been made, it possibly cost the Red Wings a chance at avoiding a game 7. It was a bad call.

I wouldn't say the penalty shot cost Detroit the game, I also believe, the ref made the right call. Needless to say from the second period on the Hawks were all over th Wings everywhere on the ice and deserved the W.

And about the fans leaving early, lol I was surprised that many ppl were even at the game, usually Detroits fans don't show up unless it's the SCF.
