[Signing] Blackhawks re-sign Richard Panik

They seem,  according to capfriendly anyway,  to be in a state of non-compliance right now.   Guess they're banking on both the expansion draft and the yearly cap-increase to alleviate that.

Wow, 2.8M$/per according to capfriendly.  Great deal for a 26 years old coming up on a career year with 44 pts.

But that Panarin +5M cap increase is killing them.  Figure they will have to let go either Kruger (3M) or Anisimov (4.5M) or even Hossa if they can somehow unload him.

Hossa - there's a recapture penalty attached to his contract and the penalty is too important if they move him.  Right now it's 4.3M for each of the remaining years of his contract if he retires early as a Blackhawk.  If he is moved and retires early - it's higher.

Krueger is likely on his way out but will that be enough?
