I think he'll have a rough season. Most CBs tend to have poor seasons after going to a new team it seems, Also Carolina had a better coach and defense to support Norman.

Edler-Tanev Hutton-Tryamkin Sbisa- Larsen, Biega, Pedan. Compete for the 6th spot since I believe they have to clear waivers and Larsen is either NHL or KHL bound. Unless we trade Sbisa I don't think we have room to improve on our backend

I'd just point at Justin Schultz if I'm a GM, you could stay with a team that drafted you and has a plan for you or you can go to a team that guarantees you a spot in the NHL even if you aren't ready and you'll probably struggle until they trade you for new assets

So the only way we get first overall is if we lose the remaining 4 games and Toronto has to get 5 points in games vs FLA, CBJ, PHI, NJD. Not looking good

Except, there's an advantage....if the bottom 3 get displaced, depending on those that do the displacing, could see no change in your position.
Say we are 7th, and the 3rd gets 1st, 6th gets 2nd and 4th gets 3rd...

Sproles, Mathews isn't a terrifying backfield, WR corp is still lacking and the cornerbacks are still meh. Guess its good to get rid of Maxwell who sucked and injured, Murray who didn't really want to be here anymore

How is he a real QB? Houston acquired Brady's backup and expected him to succeed, now they overpaid to get Peyton's backup. "Chase Daniel signed a 3 year, $21,000,000 contract with the Philadelphia Eagles, including a $6,000,000 signing bonus, $12,000,000 guaranteed, and an average annual salary of $7,000,000" WHAT! A backup QB is even pulling in that kind of contract is crazy (Was looking at QB Salaries) So many overpaid QBs

Yeah, I'm sure training for a 5'9 155 lbs guy to a 6'0 170 lbs guy isn't too hard. Also Diaz was training for a marathon or something.

I really hate this PS "short notice stuff" if you accept a fight you can't have your cake and eat it too, oh well I lost, I had short notice. I won even without short notice, I'm the best. Its a win/win apparently. Diaz with the "If I had a full training camp I wouldn't have even been touched" sure buddy, you've had full training camps and still showed up out of shape
