I agree , theres enough strong personalities in the canucks dressing room to adjust any attitude from Kane (if any becomes evident). Im sure he'd be on a short leash in rergards to any locker room non sense. I personally would love to see what he could do on the ice for the nucks considering we have no truculence on the team period.

A lot of people live in the "what have you done for me ,lately" mentality. There's always somebody on the Canuck's that isn't good enough until they get into a grove and string a couple great games together. Pearson is a great example this week. last week he was a bum, another Benning mess up. Its not that they have no skills or talent , there's no way they'd make the NHL if that were so. Imagine having to excel every day to someone else's overrated expectations. yikes. Petey is an elite talent and will get it together ,then this trading nonsense will disappear. I honestly believe he might have continuing wrist issue that might explain his accuracy and power on his shot. but even though he's having offensive issues he's working his ass off defensively and on face offs. Who would of thought that a kid that's to scrawny to play in the NHL would be so damn good on the PK.

Took an interest in Ottawa when Burr was traded. Still find the team entertaining as hell. I watch any hockey game that comes on that peaks my interest ,be it NHL ,AHL , Womens hockey and loving as always the World juniors. Canucks will always be the only team that i devote my time to. My wife and i live in Ontario atm but make it to at least 3-4 games a year at Rogers and as many as possible here be it vs Toronto or Buffalo. both short drives. Made 5 trips to Utica to see my beloved Comets play . We have Tickets for Jan 8 to watch the Canucks beat the Sens and Jan 10 tickets to see my new favorite AHL team play the condors. First time Abbotsford game but many more to come. No news yet on ticket cancellations for either, praying it all works.

That’s an embarrassing first period for both fan bases. What happens…. The boys come out strong for the first 5 min , score a goal and sh^t the bed the last 15 min. A lot of this years issues I’d players named Peterson , boeser, Miller, for seeming to give a rats ass .

With the wrist injury and the amount of games lost last year i expected petey to come in a little rusty around the edges. But apparently he believes hes to good to train in the off season in any form. There is no way he starts this year that slow, with crap edge work ,no balance and as weak as a kitten if he spent at least 2 days in the gym or rink during the summer. To me hes been the weakest link and shows little to no possibilities of changes in his game to come any time soon. Honestly put him in Abbotsford "conditioning stint".

IM probably alone in this but i dont see the players performing like they want their coach gone. I see a defeated group because no matter how hard they play all they get are posts and cross bars. they just cant score. They look really good 5v5 but cannot put a puck in the net.
