      If he is even equal to McDavid in skating, thats impressive.

      This would be more meaningful to me if he said this BEFORE Hughes was drafted. Now it is more likely patting yourself on the back a la Burke saying that they had Morgan Reilly ranked #1 overall. 

       

      I have no doubt Hughes is an incredible skater, but would prefer to hear him evaluated by someone that doesn't already have skin in the game.

      I think Brackett is being honest, he doesn't seem like the hyperbole type. But we'll find out soon enough.
