    This is a good time for a new leader to want to step in. Low expectations, licence to make changes, and enough talent to work with to make something good happen sooner than later.

      I agree. The team isn’t built well but the pieces that are there can either kickstart a proper rebuild like the Rangers or make a retool possible. We just need a competent GM and Coach. I don’t know what the hold up is but Aqua is just making things worse by not doing anything

      Honestly, it won't be a teardown but I'd support a proper rebuild at this point. We've got some good pieces, it wouldn't be as painful for as long if done properly.
